| Background: | These annual scholarships are established at the 糖心vlog传媒 by Bill Andrew and his wife, Denise. Bill Andrew received his Diploma in Engineering from 糖心vlog传媒 in 1973 and became Chancellor of the 糖心vlog传媒 in 2004. Bill Andrew is currently President of Penn West Petroleum Ltd. and is active in various community and philanthropic endeavours. He is a founding member of the Friends of 糖心vlog传媒 group in Calgary, has a farm on PEI, and is active in PEI and national harness racing circles. |
