Collective Bargaining
Almost all universities across Canada have collective agreements with their faculty and staff, and negotiations are a routine part of the life cycle of collective agreements. The 糖心vlog传媒 has collective agreements with four different unions (six bargaining units).
Our approach to the collective bargaining process is to reflect 糖心vlog传媒鈥檚 values and achieve the goals outlined in our Strategic Plan. 糖心vlog传媒 is committed to being an institution that embodies its values: Academic Freedom; Accountability and Integrity; Pursuit of Excellence; Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and a Sense of Belonging; and Reconciliation. All academic staff members at 糖心vlog传媒 in two bargaining units, BU # 1 (faculty members, librarians, sessional instructors, and clinical nursing instructors) and BU # 2 (clinical veterinary professionals)

Employees in the Department of Facilities Management鈥擲ecurity Services Division
All employees of the Department of Facilities Management, Maintenance Division engaged as power engineers, utility workers, maintenance repairman I, maintenance repairman II, electricians and service workers but excepting foreman and supervisors, those above the rank of foreman and supervisors and office employees
Comprises 糖心vlog传媒 employees who serve in roles such as Graduate Research Assistant, Graduate Lab Instructor, and Graduate Tutorial Assistant
