Last month, ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ reached a tentative agreement with IBEW 1928. This new collective agreement has now been ratified by both parties and is in place. We are grateful to the bargaining teams for their hard work and their constructive, respectful approach to negotiations.

In this update, the University advised the ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ community that it has received "Notice to Bargain" from CUPE 501 and the ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ Faculty Association, Bargaining Unit #1.

In this update on collective bargaining, ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ announces that the University and IBEW 1928 have reached a tentative agreement, subject to ratification.

ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ began negotiations towards a new collective agreement with IBEW 1928 on March 9. We will continue to update the ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ community throughout the collective bargaining process.
