糖心vlog传媒 is marking the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence with a Red Flag Green Flag event that involves red and green laminated signs hung across campus. The signs are printed with examples and messages about 鈥渞ed flag鈥� (unhealthy) behaviours and 鈥済reen flag鈥� (healthy) behaviours in dating and relationships.

On Saturday, December 6, a 鈥淕irls Get WISE (Women in Science and Engineering) Challenge Day鈥� is being held at 糖心vlog传媒. The day will cover the topics of science, engineering, math, and technology for all female-identifying/two-spirited individuals in grades K-12. 

This year, Giving Tuesday is on December 2, and at 糖心vlog传媒, the day is all about supporting our students!

鈥淓very gift鈥攏o matter the size鈥攑lays a part in creating a stronger, more supportive environment where students can reach their full potential,鈥� said Anthony Gill, Director, 糖心vlog传媒 Development and Alumni Engagement. 鈥淲hen you give to 糖心vlog传媒, you are not only supporting today鈥檚 students, but you are also shaping the leaders, innovators, and changemakers of tomorrow.鈥�

A panel of equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) experts made up of three external and one internal reviewer is on the 糖心vlog传媒 campus from November 26鈥�28, meeting with key stakeholders and conducting a review of the 糖心vlog传媒 Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Human Rights (EDIHR) department.

Together the panel brings decades of experience leading equity, diversity, inclusion and human rights functions in post-secondary institutions as well as leading the Canadian Association for Harassment and Discrimination in Higher Education.
