The excitement was palpable at the ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ this past week when the Class of 2022 graduated with their undergraduate and graduate degrees.

The Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ (ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½) is pleased to congratulate Dr. Deepmala Agarwal, master of science (MSc) graduate and cardiology resident, on being awarded the Governor General’s Medal (Graduate) and the ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ Faculty of Graduate Studies Award of Distinction during ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½â€™s 2022 convocation.  

The Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ (ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½) celebrated 77 new graduates during the University’s 2022 Convocation festivities.

When Dr. Andrew Cohen, doctor of veterinary medicine graduate, started applying for veterinary schools, the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ wasn’t even on the list.

ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½â€™s Departments of Student Affairs and Recruitment and First Year Advising are excited to announce that, for the first time, the Grad Week and New Student Orientation (NSO) programs will be led by two exceptional student leaders during the 2022 cycle. 

Local standout Gracie McQuaid is the latest recruit to join Lauren Bull and Jorja Cook in representing the ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ Women's Rugby Panthers' bright future.
 

For the first time in two years, the ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ will hold Convocation in-person during four ceremonies scheduled for May 10 to 13. Over 1,000 graduates comprise the Class of 2022.

In a message to students, staff, and faculty, President Keefe described several "new beginnings" for the University in May.

The ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½â€™s Charlottetown campus is now home to a temporary, cone-shaped Indigenous structure, known as a tipi, that has been erected between the Kelley Memorial Building and the W.A. Murphy Student Centre. 

The Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ participated in the Atlantic Provinces Veterinary Conference (APVC) that was held in Halifax, Nova Scotia from April 22 to 24, 2022.
